Easily accessable from highway, not too far from SH1. At times some traffic noise can be heard. Very clean interior. Kitchen facilities, widescreen tv, ample off-street parking, however parking is not secured.
Not close to centre Auckland. But the advance is of not having street or costly parking problems.
